Page Trucking becomes first fleet customer for ReVolt’s hybrid truck

Page Trucking, a specialty hauler that operates a fleet of some 500 trucks, has signed on as the first fleet customer for ReVolt Motors’ hybrid truck. ReVolt will initially deliver five Peterbilt 579 trucks equipped with ReVolt’s hybrid powertrain, and an additional 15 units are set to follow. Page has also “invested significantly” in the company’s technology.

“ReVolt’s hybrid drivetrain lowers our fuel costs, providing our drivers with a powerful and efficient truck,” said Dan Titus, CEO of Page Trucking. “The reduced emissions also enable our customers to reduce their Scope 2 emissions.”

ReVolt’s series hybrid drivetrain is built for heavy-duty hauling, delivering 670 horsepower and 3,500 lb-ft of torque. The fuel-agnostic system includes a generator engine, a battery pack and an electric motor.

“Page Transportation is the perfect partner for ReVolt’s hybrid drivetrain, bringing decades of real-world freight expertise,” said Gus Gardner, CEO of ReVolt Motors. “By working with experienced fleet operators like Page, we’re building a better truck that delivers a superior driving experience.”
