Facility services specialist ABM rolls out its own EV charging network

ABM, a provider of facility services, infrastructure solutions and parking management, has extensive experience deploying charging stations—it has installed over 30,000 chargers to date. Now the company has rolled out its own proprietary EV charging network.

ABM’s EV Charging Network, which is powered by its cloud-based ABM EV OS software in collaboration with Noodoe, will complement its existing turnkey EV infrastructure solutions, which include project planning, financing, charging hardware, installation and ongoing support. The company also offers energy generation and storage through its RavenVolt microgrid offerings.

Facility owners and operators using the ABM EV Charging Network will be able to customize their offerings with features such as customer loyalty programs, entry badges and parking systems. Hotels or retail stores can connect their parking lot chargers to rewards programs, and private operators can restrict access to authorized drivers. The software also supports various digital payment processing options, including credit cards, QR codes and the ABM app. Public ABM chargers also offer the company’s Scan, Pay and Charge option.

ABM will provide 24/7 monitoring and diagnostics, as well as maintenance services. The system allows for real-time updates and enhancements to its charging stations.

“As one of the nation’s largest providers of custom EV solutions, including installation, management and maintenance, we provide a unique perspective on how the EV ecosystem needs to function to better serve customers and enhance value to owners and operators,” said Mark Hawkinson, President of Technical Solutions, ABM.
