BorgWarner acquires Rinehart Motion Systems and AM Racing to form Cascadia Motion supplying specialty EV applications

Automotive supplier BorgWarner has acquired two Oregon-based companies specializing in EV technology: Rinehart Motion Systems and AM Racing.
