ZAPI GROUP will unveil its latest integrated high-voltage electrification solutions for agricultural vehicle manufacturers at Agritechnica 2025 in Hannover, Germany, from November 9 to 15. The products focus on high-voltage power management and digital system integration, targeting next-generation electric agricultural machinery and networked equipment.
ZAPI GROUP technologies featured include:
- IMI permanent magnet motor with integrated inverter, designed for high power density, liquid cooling, and streamlined mechanical integration.
- 7.2 kW liquid-cooled high-power on-board charger compatible with both 400 V and 800 V battery packs.
- OBC bidirectional, vehicle-to-everything (V2X) charger to facilitate seamless energy sharing within networked agricultural systems.
- DCC3 DC-DC converter featuring built-in cybersecurity to secure vehicle digital architectures.
- ACH3 inverter portfolio, engineered for application flexibility, durability, and system compatibility across electrified vehicles and advanced industrial use cases.
ZAPI GROUP says these high-voltage components integrate with its broader suite, which covers motive power, charging, autonomous navigation, safety systems, asset tracking, telematics and collision avoidance.
“The industry is shifting from component-level thinking to integrated, high-voltage architectures that provide verifiable, smart efficiency,” said Claes Avasjo, Executive Director, ZAPI GROUP. “By embedding digital technologies like V2X capability and advanced cybersecurity directly into our core electrification platform, we are enabling OEMs to strategically create the networked, sustainable machinery required to meet the increasing productivity and efficiency challenges of global crop production.”
