Honda debuts its first electric motorcycle

Japanese automaker Honda has showcased its first electric motorcycle, the WN7.

The motorcycle is built around a 9.3 kWh lithium-ion battery and 18 kW motor. It offers a driving range of around 140 km, and supports CCS2 DC fast charging.

The WN7 features full LED lighting with a unique DRL signature, a frameless chassis, multiple power modes, Regenerative Deceleration Selector, forward/reverse Walking Speed Mode, Selectable Speed Limit Assist (SSLA), Cornering ABS and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC).

The design is complemented by a new Honda product mark and coincides with a new EV branding for Honda’s two-wheeled line-up.
