GreenFlux’s new line of smart charging controllers offers a solution for every type of charger

GreenFlux, provider of a cloud-based white-label smart charging platform, has launched a new generation of smart charging controllers. The new line offers a modular design and a scalable architecture, supports the OCPP protocol, and is ready for the new German Calibration Law (Eichrecht). Mounted inside the charger, the controller becomes the digital brain, providing intelligence and connectivity.

GreenFlux’s new controller line consists of four models:

  • The Duo, which supports dual-socket stations, is suitable for busy public spaces.
  • The Plus, a single-socket controller, is fully customizable and is also intended for public spaces.
  • The Compact is meant to serve smart home charging stations that require advanced intelligence.
  • The Start is designed for basic home stations.

With its new controller product line, GreenFlux hopes to attract the entire spectrum of buyers, from small charge point manufacturers through medium-size companies to big industrial conglomerates. The company also offers tailor-made controller solutions, based on specific customer requirements.

“The new smart charging controller product line is fully modular, meaning that we are able to serve virtually any charge point manufacturer’s needs,” says GreenFlux co-founder Jurjen de Jong. “The charging industry is entering an accelerated growth phase. We are still far from a stable technology and standardization. Companies need to continuously invest in and develop their expertise to keep up and benefit from this growth. GreenFlux commits to providing top-notch controller solutions, offloading its customers from heavy and risky R&D investments. Charge point manufacturers can concentrate on delivering what they are best at: differentiated charging station products.”
