Electrify America chargers coming to Bank of America financial centers

Electrify America will install 40 charging stations with a total of 140 chargers, at Bank of America financial centers in California, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Oregon, Washington, Virginia, and Massachusetts. The chargers will offer power levels ranging from 150 kW to 350 kW.

The new stations are expected to be operational by the end of 2020.

Brendan Jones, COO at Electrify America, said, “These new charging sites are open to any EV driver needing a convenient place to charge their vehicle.”

David Tyrie, Head of Advanced Solutions and Digital Banking at Bank of America, said, “A low-carbon lifestyle is important to our bank and to the communities we serve, and we are committed to developing and supporting initiatives that can lead to a more sustainable future.”
