Parker LORD and GHSP partner on EV vibration control and enhancement tech

Parker LORD and mechanical and electromechanical system supplier GHSP have teamed up to develop an Automotive Vibration Control and Enhancement (AVCE) technology designed for passenger and commercial EVs.

“This all-in-one solution eliminates vibration in real time, generates global vibration haptic indicators and creates EV vibration enhancements,” says Parker LORD.

The technology employs one or more force generators, and can be used for controlling automotive cabin vibration and steering column vibration, emulating ICE engines, 3-dimensional lane departure and driver warning systems, and driver and passenger vibration input indicators for autonomous driving.
