EVBox introduced its Troniq Modular DC fast charging platform in the European market last year. Now the company has launched the EVBox Troniq Modular Compact, a more compact (2.03 m high) solution designed for sites such as underground parking garages or city center locations, where station footprint or height might be constrained.

The Troniq Modular Compact can connect to any OCPP-compliant backend, and is designed to be easily integrated into existing businesses. It features upgradable 30 kW power modules that can combine to deliver up to 150 kW of power, and can charge up to 3 EVs at the same time.  It’s accessible to wheelchair users, and operators can easily add their own branding. Other features include a 15-inch multi-language touchscreen, guiding LED top lights, auto-retractable cables with 4.5 meters of reach.

The Troniq Modular Compact is currently available for orders in the UK. It will be available in France in 2023, and upon request for other markets.
