Blink Charging acquires fleet EV charging specialist Zemetric

Blink Charging has acquired 100% of the equity of Zemetric, a charging infrastructure company that provides tailored solutions for fleets.

Founded in Silicon Valley in 2022 by a team of transport electrification veterans, Zemetric offers hardware, software and service solutions that are designed to be interoperable and reliable.

The founding team of Zemetric will join Blink in roles that will add to its current leadership team. Founder Harmeet Singh will be the new Chief Technology Officer, co-founder Bonnie Datta will join the team as Senior Vice President of Global Commercial Operations, and co-founder Kapil Singhi will assume a senior role in global charger development.
