Arcimoto, the maker of a three-wheeled electric “Fun Utility Vehicle,” has filed an Offering Circular with the SEC for a potential future listing on NASDAQ. Oregon-based Arcimoto was founded in 2007 – the name means “Future I Drive.”
The two-seater Arcimoto SRK is designed to deliver “the thrill of a motorcycle on every trip to the grocery store.” It goes 0-60 mph in 7.5 seconds, and has a top speed of 80 mph, efficiency of 230 MPGe and a range of 70 or 130 miles. It comes in open and enclosed versions. The base price is $11,900.
