Honda Power Sports & Products, a subsidiary of American Honda Motor, has launched a new lineup of battery-powered, zero-turn-radius (ZTR) lawnmowers branded under the ProZision name.

The ProZision range includes 54-inch and 60-inch manual models, as well as a 60-inch autonomous model. The lawnmowers further diversify the company’s outdoor power product portfolio for a variety of users, conditions and commercial applications.

The lawnmowers are powered by five 48 V brushless electric motors: three deck motors that rotate MicroCut Twin Blades and two drive wheel motors that maneuver the vehicle with precise control. The mowers are fitted with six lithium-ion batteries and a 4.3-inch touchscreen display panel that indicates operation status and battery state of charge. The motors and charging system incorporate electrical quick connectors for fast and easy connection and disconnection for service.

The models provide sufficient power to mow at higher speeds. Three different driving modes—Rapid, Normal and Precise—allow the operator to control mower speed to adjust to various turf conditions.

The chassis and main components are constructed from durable steel, with high-strength, low-alloy (HSLA) steel used strategically to provide strength while minimizing weight.

The manual HZ54SXB features a 54-inch cutting width and uses 19-inch MicroCut Twin Blades with a side-discharge deck. It charges in 16.5 hours at 120 V or 6.5 hours at 240 V. The mower offers a run time of 4.2-4.5 hours and can cover approximately 13-14 acres, depending on conditions.

The manual HZ60SXB has a 60-inch cutting width and a side-discharge deck equipped with 21-inch MicroCut Twin Blades. Charging takes 16.5 hours at 120 V or 6.5 hours at 240 V. It provides a run time of 4-4.3 hours, covering around 14-15 acres depending on conditions.

The autonomous HZA60RXB offers a 60-inch cutting width and a rear-discharge deck with 21-inch MicroCut Twin Blades. It charges in 16.5 hours at 120 V or 6.5 hours at 240 V. The mower can cover up to 15 acres, depending on operating conditions. It also features omnidirectional sensing, providing a full 360-degree view via radar and LiDAR sensors for obstacle detection. The rear-discharge deck directs debris backward rather than sideways, reducing the risk of hitting nearby objects or people during autonomous operation.

All three models are backed by a commercial limited warranty of three years or 2,000 hours, whichever comes first.

The ProZision model will be produced at the Honda manufacturing facility in Swepsonville, North Carolina, using globally made parts. The manual ProZision models will go on sale in February 2026 and the autonomous model will follow in Summer 2026.
