For centuries the majority of wire enamels available were basically made in solvents like cresol and phenol. These substances are toxic, and depend on sources such as coal tar .

AXALTA has recently developed a high-performance THEIC Polyesterimide that’s free from cresol/phenol, and achieved a classification without a skull on the label.

Join this session to learn how this product line is the first approach for initiating a green strategy to make wire enamels more environment-friendly and hence to make e-drives more sustainable.
