Reducing time to market is one of the most important requirements of the electric vehicle industry. To respond to this need, teamtechnik—based on their 30 years of experience—completely changed the concept of how to build EOL test benches from individual design to a module-based system, while still meeting all needs regarding safety and energy management. Gaining the same flexibility for the software was another challenge that teamtechnik solved. This was made possible due to their testing software, teamsoft.TEST, which was developed in-house.
Battery Module Assembly and Testing:
Flexibility is one of the most important requirements in the production of battery modules. As a specialist in assembly and test lines, teamtechnik has developed smart solutions for workpiece holders, sorting and testing.
Challenges faced in battery module production include different shapes and varying batch sizes. To achieve the flexibility that this requires, teamtechnik employs a modular system structure. This also results in shorter assembly times and improved scalability.
