In this webinar, we will review the products designed for lithium ion batteries and the properties required in these end uses. Thermal management requires TIMs materials to be considered for improved thermal flow from the heat source to heat sinks, as well as bonding resins and gap fillers. Enhanced mechanical properties are critical to withstand the stresses that are encountered by batteries when used in highway and off road vehicles.
