Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings expands its anode materials business

Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Group (MCHG) plans to increase its production capacity of natural graphite anode materials in China from 2,000 tons to 12,000 tons per year. BMW to open facility for demonstrating and analyzing Li-ion cell production

BASF introduces new color-stable plastic for EVs

BASF has introduced a new PA66 engineering plastic, which is designed for EVs. It’s part of the Ultramid product line. Nidec to build EV component plant in China

Japanese motor company Nidec has announced plans to build an EV component plant in the Chinese city of Pinghu. Construction is scheduled to begin in October of 2022.
