GM selects PyroPhobic’s LithiumPrevent 200 fire safety material for its Ultium battery platform

PyroPhobic Systems, a provider of fire-resistant thermoplastic resins for batteries, has announced that its LithiumPrevent 200 material has been selected for application in GM’s Ultium battery platform. Ultium Cells to expand battery production by 40 percent in Tennessee plant
