xEVs have significant, yet unique challenges that affect passive component performance, including higher operating temperatures, higher frequencies and higher bus voltages. New advances in case material and design allow magnetics, ceramic, aluminum and film capacitors can address the challenges required within high-density xEV applications.

During this webinar we will provide a detailed overview of the latest technologies that are used for state-of-the-art power converters within xEV applications, including external charging, onboard charging, DC/DC converter, motor inverter and BMS systems. We will also share how these advanced technologies can help meet the significant demands on the passive components that are required from the automotive industry, and how they allow us to design the smallest, most reliable components for these applications.
