Shifting testing of Charging and BMS controller software towards virtual verification offers a powerful and cost-effective approach. This virtual validation environment eliminates the need for physical ECU hardware during initial testing, enabling earlier verification of critical controller algorithms.

Virtual testing further enhances efficiency by allowing for flexible simulation speed and parallel test execution, significantly increasing both validation speed and overall test coverage. This virtual approach validates the controller software before transitioning to real hardware testing with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems.

Join this session to learn about dSpace's comprehensive tool chain that streamlines this entire process, allowing a smooth transition from purely virtual (SIL) testing to HIL and even PowerHIL testing by utilizing the same tools, models, and data throughout the entire validation workflow.
