Super B’s new 12 V battery packs more energy into the same configuration

Dutch battery maker Super B has launched the latest model in its Nomia series of LiFePO4 batteries, the Nomia 12V210Ah.

The new battery keeps the same dimensions, configuration, and connectivity of its predecessors, but features a larger capacity. Nomia says the new battery is designed for use in EVs, RVs, leisure boats, commercial vessels and off-grid systems.

Peter Hulzebos, Business Development Manager at Super B, said, “The main difference compared to its predecessors is that the Nomia 12V210Ah offers an increased capacity in the same size as our customers are used to. This basically means that the energy density is much higher; you get more energy than ever before and therefore customers can be off-grid for a longer period of time. In addition the battery only weighs 23 kg (50.7 lbs) and can be connected in parallel to get the power and capacity you need for your application.”
